Full fresh picked, raspberry flavour. A towering inferno of a fruit wine, an 18 foot alligator lurking unseen in the swamp, a malevolent shrieking eagle blocking out the sun. Oh, and it won the national fruit wine award in 2004. 13.5%

Strawberry Strawberry
A strawberry staccato with a frothy creamy style splurge. Nearly a pound of strawberries in every bottle. The singular, fleshy, voluptuousnous of a strawberry is transformed into this tear releasing, little heartbreaker that dances on life like a little tiara twinkling as it reflects the light. 13.5%

Autumn Oak Leaf Autumn Oak Leaf
A fermented oak leaf tea with some fruits and elderflowers. The imbibulation of this thing possibly could feel like slipping in under a cool linen sheet with a hot water bottle at your feet. A woody, fruit style of a wine that makes me think of Granny Smiths, pink grapefruits and maybe a dusting of white pepper. Plenty of flavour, bops up and down in your mounth a bit, lovely aromaic aftertaste. You can have food with it, if you like, but it is not vital to the experience. Medium dry white 13.5%

Spring Oak Leaf Spring Oak Leaf
She's a cheery wee character, a wine fermented from young green oak leaves and a variety of other fruity things that grow on trees. All sherbet fountian and yellow melons. Here we go - a carousel of flavours roller coasting, roundabout the mouth region, the wet bit cascading downwards to goodness knows where, the vapour part vents off through the nose pleasantly and your eyes pop in a good way. You can actually drink this one with food. Wash it down with any chickeny style thing. Middlin to sweet 13.5%

Bramble Bramble
Isabella Rosselini sang blue velvet. She might have been thinking about this bramble wine at the time. Bramble, the film noir of the fruit wine world, dry and spicy with a little bit of a menace to it. 13.5%

Elderberry Elderberry
This is just the sweetest little thing. Bounding with rich fruity flavour like a deer bounding over the fields after being surprised by a man with a gun but it was only a stick. Dry at the end like ,well, you know. 13.5%

This high quality Scottish sparkling wine is the result of the happy marriage between wonderfully full-flavoured oak leaves and fragrant elderflowers picked from the beautiful Braes O'Gowrie in Tayside. 13% Vol. 750ml

Jane Wilson, a native of Oban, and her husband David Lowe produce a most impressive range of wines with a distinctly European leaning from their Mudgee, New South Wales base. Jane makes the reds, David the whites. Their 2003 won the International Zinfandel Trophy at the 2005 International Wine Challenge (9000 entries) out-doing the Califorian Zin Kings.

A lively, low alcohol Semillion. Pale and green tinted with crips aromatics of lemon & lime and a gentle acid finish.

Damsons and cherries, cooked beets and red currants, some cedar and earthy complexity. A light structured middle palate. Perfect with richer white meats or pheasant.

Deep, elegant, cherry-red colour. The nose is full and generous with ripe, red-berry and cherry aromas underlain with a slight floral hint. The palate is soft and supple with lots of youthful fruit and concentrated flavours of vanilla, blackberries and plums. The finish is both long and smooth with a lick of liquorice. 13% Vol. 187ml

Light, fine, straw colour with hints of green. On the nose it is rich and fruity, with floral hints of acacia and broom. The palate is full and elegant, balanced with ripe, kiwi fruit. The finish is youthful with nice, refreshing acidity and a lingering aftertaste. 12.5% Vol. 187ml

Segura Viudas Cava Segura Viudas Cava
Segura Viudas started producing Cava in the 1950s in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, the most famous of Cava towns. Using the premium Cava varietals of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada, they only utilise the first 40% of the juice. The must undergoes fermentation prior to blending in a specific style. It is transferred to bottle for secondary fermentation for a minimum of two or three years. The Brut Reserva demonstrates a fruity bouquet, and is smooth and fresh on the palate. 11.5% Vol. 200ml
