Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that you must be over 18 to purchase alcohol in the UK.
Shipping And Handling Delivery is charged for all orders based on the total weight of the shipment. Please note that Royal Mail First Class, Recorded (Signed For) and Standard Parcels are not trackable services, therefore if your item is time-specific or valuable we would recommend the Special Delivery Next Day (1.00pm) which is a tracked service.
Delivery Schedule We deliver our products in specially designed containers to anywhere in the United Kingdom via the Royal Mail First Class, Standard Parcel or Courier delivery service. For deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the European Union or overseas please contact us on 01631 566332 or online@kitchengardenoban.co.uk.

Any chilled products are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday to avoid possible weekend postal delays. Orders placed From Wednesday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If it is likely that no one will be in, please leave instructions of where to leave your parcel: In the garage, porch or with the next door neighbour. Please ensure the postcode is correct to reduce the chances of the item getting lost.
The Kitchen Garden cannot be held responsible for undelivered or mis-routed deliveries due to an incorrect address given by the customer. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of an order, please contact us.

The Kitchen Garden will not accept responsibility for missing orders containing alcohol, if they were sent through the Royal Mail 2 - 5 day Standard Parcel service or Recorded (Signed For). We recommend our customers use the Special Delivery service.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Orders made from the UK or the European Union are subject to 17.5% VAT where appropriate.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
