Gourmet Cooking Sauces

From Seasoned Pioneers, these sauces have been very popular with our regular customers here in Oban. Each sauce is carefully prepared to a strictly genuine recipe using the very finest ingredients with their essential flavour being imparted by the authentic spices and dry-roasted spice blends. The result is an intensity of flavour and real texture that makes a genuine difference.

No preservatives, no colourings, no artificial additives, no compromises.

These sauces come in 400gram packs, serving 3 - 4. The sauces vary in their heat from mild > sultry > spicy > explosive > volcanic
SP - Chinese Sichuan Plum & Mandarin Sauce SP - Chinese Sichuan Plum & Mandarin Sauce
Richly flavoured Chinese sauce with plum and mandarin stir-fried with ginger and the classic five spice. Cook with chicken, beef, duck or vegetables or poured over bbq ribs and serve with noodles or rice. Mild

SP - Mexican Manchamantel Sauce SP - Mexican Manchamantel Sauce
Fruity central Mexican sauce with pineapple and apricot enlivened with epazote, ancho and pasilla chillies. Cook with pork, sausages, shrimp, mussels... and serve with rice, salad and some good crusty bread. Sultry flavour.
