NoMU is an original food concept by Tracy Foulkes, a fanatical Cape Town foodie and caterer. Her love of spices and passion for flavour inspired her to open the company in December 2000 and NoMU is very much a reflection of the no-nonsense and uncomplicated, healthy way that Tracy loves to cook at home.
