Vodka and Orange Onions Vodka and Orange Onions
The vodka and fresh orange juice is a real wake up call to the taste buds. Great serving as it is or chopped into a mixed leaf salad. Don't waste the liquid it is great for making marinades for tuna or mackerel. Reduce it till sticky and it can be brushed onto duck or pork roasts to give it a tasty finishing touch.

Gin & Tonic Turnip Gin & Tonic Turnip
These sunny yellow pickles are a real eye catcher and taste as bright as they look. The turnip has a little crunch so the texture in the mouth is very satisfying. Great with seafood, and also works well with poultry and game birds.

Balsamic Onions Balsamic Onions
This is as far removed from onions in malt vinegar as chalk is from cheese. These sweetened balsamic onions are the prefect accompaniment to a Ploughmans. The liquor is added value, mix witha little quality olive oil and use as a salad dressing. A Bronze Great Taste Award Winner too!

A firm favourite as a pickle, or as part of a buffet. Originally as a Christmas product, this vegetable pickle is now available all year round. Red wine, orange juice and warm spice notes with horseradish rounds off the flavour.

Onions a la Monegasque Onions a la Monegasque
This is to an ancient recipe with both French and North African influences. The onions are slowly cooked with tomatoes, fresh herbs, sultanas and wine vinegar. The rustic sweet onions go well with cold meats, particularly beef and pork, in either salads or sandwiches.

Made to an old Island recipe, this is traditional full flavoured, all year round chutney. Great accompaniment to a plougman's, pates, grilled meats and cheese.
